SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to display our products accurately in our online store. However, due to the artisanal and handmade nature of our pieces (bookmarks, keychains, earrings, standees, etc.), the user accepts that there may be slight variations in shape, finish, or color compared to the images shown, due to the materials used and the color calibration of different screens. All products have the conformity guarantee established by current Spanish law.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Los mundos de Cris reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any justified reason (such as inventory errors or payment issues). We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. You must review your orders carefully before making a purchase, especially for personalized products, where cancellations are not allowed once manufacturing has begun.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. All delivery times indicated are estimates and apply to standard in-stock products. As these are artisanal or handmade products, additional manufacturing times will be clearly indicated before purchase.
