¿Has olvidado añadir algún artículo a tu pedido?
Si después de realizar tu compra deseas añadir algún producto más porque se te ha olvidado seleccionarlo o no lo marcaste durante el proceso de compra, puedes contactar con nosotros a través del formulario de Contacto de la página.
Siempre que tu pedido aún no haya pasado al estado “Preparando”, añadiremos los artículos solicitados al mismo pedido para evitar gastos de envío adicionales.
Cuando el pedido ya no esté en estado "Preparando", no podrá ser modificado.
¿Los pedidos que lleven el envío ordinario tienen seguro en caso de pérdida?
No, al ser un envío sin seguro ni la empresa de transporte ni nosotros podemos hacernos responsable.
Para no tener nunca problemas con tu pedido recomendamos utilizar el envío certificado, que nos incluye seguro y número de seguimiento.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to various countries. Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information if the shipping method includes it.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives with any issues, please write to us as soon as possible, attaching photos of the package and the product, so we can assist you.
