RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
In accordance with European Union regulations, if you make your purchase as a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase and return your order within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) physically receive the item, for any reason and without needing justification.
Conditions for accepting returns
For a return to be accepted, the item (bookmarks, standees, keychains, earrings, or standard paper products) must be in the exact same condition as you received it: completely unused, with its tags, and in its original protective packaging intact, without signs of tampering, and accompanied by its corresponding proof of purchase.
How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, you must first contact us via email: cristr.94@gmail.com. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted. Once accepted, items must be sent to the following address: Avenida de las Ciencias 22, 2A, Sevilla, SE, 41020, ES.
Return shipping costs and conditions
Shipping costs for returns will be entirely borne by the buyer. We will not accept returns sent freight collect. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number (such as Certified Mail from Correos), as you will be responsible for the package reaching our facilities without loss or damage during the return transit.
Exception for Custom Products (Very Important!)
In accordance with article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal and return is expressly excluded for customized products or products manufactured to the customer's express order (such as bookmarks, standees, keychains, or earrings that include names, personalized illustrations, special resins, or unique specifications indicated by the buyer). Only standard catalog items that have not been personalized can be returned.

Damages, incorrect items, and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within a maximum of 24-48 hours) if the item is defective, factory damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and fix it. In these exceptional cases of our error or defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Product exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the standard item you have, and once we have accepted and processed that return, make a separate purchase of the new item from the online store.
Refunds
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your returned package at our workshop to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded the product amount to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment we physically receive the returned items. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take a few additional days to process and post the balance to your account. If more than 14 days have passed since we received your package and you have not received the money, please write to us at cristr.94@gmail.com.
